International Venture Fund (IVF) is headquarted in the Silicon Valley, with an office in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The principals have been providing debt and equity financing to early stage companies in the Silicon Valley and throughout the Southwest since the 1980's. Based upon many years of serving our target markets, we are aware of both the challenges and opportunities experienced by entrepreneurs in capital deficient areas. IVF understands that the infrastructure to support an early stage company might not be fully developed in many emerging growth locations. We work to augment the existing infrastructure and facilitate access to the same resources and services available to Silicon Valley firms for our out-of-state portfolio companies. IVF leverages already established relationships with a focus on capital efficient seed and early stage equity investment opportunities in its primary target markets of Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico and Utah. IVF also considers investments in the Silicon Valley, as well as in other areas of the United States. Although IVF has a domestic investment focus, it looks for investment opportunities with a global vision.

IVF is positioned to serve the investment gap between the angel community and larger venture funds, while also focused on high growth opportunities demonstrating the ability to reach favorable liquidity events with a more capital conservative approach. Accordingly, IVF is typically one of the first venture investors in a company and prefers co-investment with other qualified, sophisticated investors, corporate and government funding partners, and regional and national funds.

IVF fills the role of an accessible "hands on" Board member, with an accretive impact on the success and progression of the company. Leveraging our team's near century of combined experience in working with early stage companies, IVF strives to be a valuable resource to its portfolio companies. Additionally, IVF's network can facilitate strategic sales, human resources, marketing, alternative financing, and M&A services as the portfolio companies move through their respective lifecycles.
